Start with how your customers pay.
01
UPI and bank transfers
Price your product in INR and add your bank-issued UPI ID or receiving account. Customers see a UPI QR, an app link or bank-transfer instructions at checkout. The money reaches your account directly. Confirm the receipt in Collections to complete the order.
Domestic payments ↗02
International payments
Sell through a hosted checkout in a supported currency. PayPal funding options depend on the buyer and your enabled provider. OurPay connects the confirmed capture to the customer, order and Seller Payable. Agree settlement arrangements with the founders before taking live payments; automatic seller payouts are not currently available.
International payments ↗03
Payment links
Share a Checkout Link in an email, message or website button. Each visit opens a fresh checkout with your product and price. A link can offer a one-time purchase or a subscription, with the payment methods supported for that product and currency.
Checkout Links ↗04
Subscriptions and usage billing
Charge for a recurring plan, seats or measured usage. Keep the customer’s permission, billing interval and product benefits attached to the subscription. Renewals need a compatible saved payment method. A one-time UPI transfer does not authorise recurring charges.
Subscriptions ↗One place to follow a sale
A service business might collect a domestic fee by UPI, sell a workshop through a link and bill an overseas customer through PayPal. The payment methods differ. The questions stay familiar: who paid, what did they buy and has the payment been confirmed?
OurPay connects those answers to the order. Finance keeps direct INR receipts separate from Seller Payable, so money already in your bank is not counted as a future payout. Refunds and provider updates stay attached to the original payment.
Get your first checkout ready
Create your organization and complete the required account review. Add a product with a clear description, price and billing interval. For domestic collections, set an INR price and your receiving details. For international checkout, confirm the provider options and how settlement will work for your account.
Make a Checkout Link and open it as a customer. Review the product, currency, terms and payment instructions. Decide who will confirm bank receipts, answer payment questions and handle refunds before you share the link publicly.

Work through the details before your first sale, or fix the part of your current payment flow that keeps creating extra work.

Can I accept payments without building a checkout?
Yes. Create a product and share a hosted Checkout Link. You can use it from an existing website or send it directly to a customer. Check the currency, enabled payment methods and product details before publishing the link.
Does a UPI reference mark an order as paid?
No. A reference helps you find the transfer. Confirm the full amount against the receiving bank’s record in Finance → Collections. OurPay then completes the order. An authenticated bank connection can confirm receipts when configured; an unverified customer reference cannot.
Can my customers pay from outside India?
International checkout is available through the enabled provider, subject to supported countries, currencies and account capabilities. Check the customer experience and confirm seller settlement with the founders before you launch. A successful capture and a seller payout are different events.
What should I compare before choosing a payment platform?
Start with the payment methods your customers use, then check payment confirmation, refunds, billing permissions, fees and settlement. Test the complete order flow. Our Razorpay comparison explains how those choices differ across the two products.
